We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work for one of the UK's leading grocery retailers as a full-time Warehouse Operative in Waltham Point, EN9 3BZ!

EARN UP TO £625 PER WEEK PLUS GENEROUS PERFORMANCE BONUS SCHEME PAID ON A WEEKLY BASIS

Your pay rate as a full-time Warehouse Operative:

  • First 12 weeks: Basic rate from 6am to 6pm: £12.71 per hour (potential earning of £468 per week plus overtime)
  • Premium night rate from 6pm to 6am - £13.87 per hour (potential earning of £520 per week plus overtime)
  • After 12 weeks: Basic rate from 6am to 6pm: £14.81 per hour (potential earning of £555 per week plus overtime)
  • Premium night rate from 6pm to 6am - £16.68 per hour (potential earning of £625 per week plus overtime)

There is the potential of up to 2hrs of overtime available each day. Overtime is reconciled over a 4-weekly period (overtime limits apply).

Typical working hours as a full-time Warehouse Operative:

  • 06:00 - 15:00
  • 13:00 - 22:00
  • Other shifts may be available

You will be on a rota for any 5 days per week and expected to work 42.5hrs per week (flexibility will be required).

Generous bonus scheme paid on a weekly basis performance driven.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

  • Order Picking for a leading grocery retailer using MHE equipment
  • Ensure all operational manuals and safe systems of work are followed to achieve an accident-free operation
  • To reconcile products with documentation and to load/unload vehicles
  • Where a company uniform and personal protective equipment have been issued, they must be always worn when on duty
  • This is a physical job so you must enjoy work of a physical nature such as lifting
