If so, we are looking for a full-time FLT Driver to join us at our reverse operation for our client in Chelmsford, CM1 3BY.

Your pay rate as a FLT Driver: You will be paid £13.03 per hour.

Typical hours as a FLT Driver: You will be working Monday to Friday from 06:00 - 14:00 (on some occasions this might run over hours slightly).

Your role as an FLT Driver:

  • Working with team members to make up trips as per plan doing pallet moving and sortation to make up full pallets from incoming bulk non-sorted pallets.
  • Checking pallets off as they arrive into depot using a hand held terminal, reporting issues found to the supervisor.
  • Breaking down pallets to work into planned trips and re-labelling as required.
  • Moving pallets to lane for each trip planned.
  • Checking trip lanes to ensure correct loads are in place.
  • Working with the fork lift operatives to ensure right loads are on the right vehicles.
  • Clearing loading/sortation area ready for the day shift (team activity).
