What you will do on a typical day as a Returns Processing Warehouse Operative:
- Processing customer returns
- Unpacking and verifying returned items
- Inspecting returned items for any damage, wear and tear, or deviations from their original condition.
- Determine whether the items can be resold in their current condition, need refurbishment, or must be marked as damaged goods.
- Working quickly and efficiently whilst always ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- You may be asked to carry out other warehousing duties that support the timely processing of ASOS customer returns.
Requirements:
- Reliable and great attention to detail
