Benefits
- AM shift (06:00 to 14:00) = £13.46 per hour
- PM shift (14:00 to 22:00) = £15.66 per hour
- Night shift (22:00 to 06:00) = £16.66 per hour
- Overtime rate: 1.5x basic rate after 160 hours accrued in a 4 week period (paid monthly)
- Payment will increase by £1 after 12 weeks (probation period)
- Paid weekly every Friday (apart from overtime rate)
- Temporary to permanent opportunities after 12 weeks

- You will be working one of the following shifts: 06:00 until 14:00, 14:00 until 22:00, or 22:00 until 06:00
- The job is 5 out of 7 and is not a standard Monday to Friday

- Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
- Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
