Drivers Mates Newark, Nottinghamshire £12.27 per hour, paid weekly with OT paid after 45 hours worked. 5 on, 3 off shifts, 7am starts. Inductions available - Saturday 15th & Friday 21st.
Mansfield Hub are working in partnership with Currys to recruit for a number of experienced Drivers Mates / Customer Delivery Assistants to join their team based out of Newark, Nottinghamshire.
Duties of the Role:
- Collecting goods from the depot
- Lifting and carrying white goods from the vehicle into properties, ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety at all times
- Delivering to customers (white goods, wet and dry), ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
- Assisting the driver with navigation
- Contacting customers via phone to advise of arrival times, etc.
- Completion of paperwork to a high standard, ensuring accurate information is recorded
- As the face of 'Currys', this role is key to ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered from start to finish
Desirable Experience:
We are seeking candidates who have previous experience working in a similar role, and who are committed and reliable. This is a long-term opportunity, working on a fixed schedule.
