Type: Full-Time, Permanent CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of a leading international supply chain and logistics business seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join its growing operations team.
This role will support the day-to-day management of third-party warehouse partners across the UK and Europe, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Monitor warehouse activity, including goods in, dispatches, returns, and stock movements.
- Track performance against SLAs and resolve operational issues.
- Support stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and inventory investigations.
- Assist with inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Investigate delivery discrepancies, shortages, and damages.
- Maintain accurate ERP records and stock transactions.
- Produce operational reports and maintain warehouse documentation.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
Requirements
- Experience within warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control.
- Previous exposure to 3PL providers.
- Strong understanding of stock management and warehouse processes.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Good Excel and data management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Background in FMCG, consumer goods, food, or distribution environments would be an advantage
- Knowledge of international logistics or import/export processes.
