Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customer service and support enquiries.
Manage support cases through their full lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform first-line diagnosis and qualification of issues.
Coordinate engineers, logistics, travel arrangements, and spare parts as required.
