Type: Temporary Supply Planning Coordinator – Immediate Start Are you an organised Supply Chain or Logistics Coordinator with excellent customer service and administration skills?

Our client is looking for a proactive Supply Planning Coordinator to join a busy team, ensuring supplier orders, warehouse deliveries and customer communications run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Manage supplier orders from purchase order through to warehouse delivery.

Chase order confirmations, production updates and delivery schedules.

Coordinate inbound deliveries with 3PL warehouse partners.

Track deliveries and resolve shortages, delays and delivery issues.

Keep customers updated on order status and delivery times.

Work closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehouse and Operations teams.

Escalate supply or delivery risks to maintain service levels.

About You Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Order Management or a coordination role.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident communicating with suppliers, customers and internal teams.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
