Competitive Salary (DOE)

Office Based Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

CTR Select is recruiting for a well-established organisation near Egham, and they are seeking a Returns Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual to play a key role in managing product returns, repairs, replacements and supplier credits within a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs) with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Coordinate returns, repairs, replacements and credit requests.
  • Track and manage outstanding returns to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Liaise with Service, Projects, Procurement and Warehouse teams.
  • Verify supplier credits and resolve return-related discrepancies.
  • Arrange shipments and collections where required.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a returns, logistics, warehouse administration or supply chain role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
