About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and detail focused Inventory Coordinator to support inventory operations across the UK and EU warehouse network on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in inventory control, stock management, warehouse operations or supply chain coordination who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and solving stock related issues. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records, supporting reconciliations and liaising with third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth day-to-day inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records within the ERP system
  • Carry out routine stock checks and support stock reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with warehouses and internal teams
  • Monitor goods-in and goods-out transactions to ensure accurate system updates
  • Review warehouse reports including receipts, dispatches and stock adjustments
  • Manage stock transfers and inventory adjustments within the ERP system
  • Act as the main contact for inventory-related queries with third party warehouses (3PL)
  • Support warehouse stock counts, audits and inventory investigations
