Salary: Competitive + Benefits CTR Select is recruiting an experienced HR Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation.
This is a varied generalist HR role supporting senior leaders and operational teams across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management and employee engagement.
You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered effectively while supporting a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding and induction for management and head office positions.
Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities with hiring managers.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Support managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
