Hire Controller Our client in Ascot is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Hire Controller to cover two plant hire sites.
Key Responsibilities Deal with customers face-to-face, by phone and email.
Process plant and tool hire orders and sales.
Maintain stock and ensure the yard/shop is clean and organised.
Coordinate daily driver schedules and accommodate additional deliveries efficiently.
Monitor driver performance, holidays and timekeeping.
Assist with deliveries during busy periods.
Ensure vehicles are serviced and have MOTs completed on time.
