Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join our client based in Thorpe, Egham. This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Our client is seeking a proactive Business Support Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across their core business units: Commercial, IT & Operations, Finance, and HR. This vital cross-functional role demands exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

The successful Business Support Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Provide cross-department administrative and document support in line with ISO standards.
  • Manage filing systems across SharePoint, PandaDoc, Adobe and MS Dynamics.
  • Oversee daily office operations and act as main contact for suppliers.
  • Carry out Fire Marshal and First Aider duties (training provided).
  • Support commercial, finance and HR functions with documentation, onboarding and governance.
  • Maintain document control, migrations, matrices and compliance records, including Health & Safety and performance documentation.

The Business Support Administrator will have:

  • Proven administrative or operational experience.
  • Advantageous: experience in ISO-certified environments.
  • Confident supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Pipedrive, PandaDoc and QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discreet, proactive and able to handle confidential information.
  • Collaborative, positive and committed to learning.
