CTR Select is recruiting a Sales Operations Executive on behalf of their client based in Ascot, Berkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support a busy Sales and Marketing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in sales administration, CRM management, reporting, forecasting, and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team.
- Prepare quotations, pricing requests, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
- Produce sales reports, forecasts, and management information.
- Support CRM administration, user queries, and data quality initiatives.
- Coordinate sales meetings, travel arrangements, and team activities.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient sales processes and excellent customer service.
- Assist with process improvements and operational projects.
- Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial support role.
- Strong CRM and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience producing reports and analysing sales data.

- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
