CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established organisation for a Customer Success Executive to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Development or Sales Operations who is looking to develop their career in a commercially focused customer-facing role.

You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, increasing engagement, identifying retention and growth opportunities, and ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal teams, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact for customers while helping to identify opportunities for account development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Proactively contact customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify retention risks.
  • Identify potential sales and account growth opportunities and pass these to the Sales team.
  • Support customer onboarding, training and ongoing engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM.
  • Conduct account research and stakeholder mapping.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and maintain regular contact.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions where required.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, processes and engagement.

About You

We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and identifying opportunities.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Development or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience within a B2B environment is desirable, but not essential.
