Commercial Finance Manager

Location: Addlestone Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience Contract: Permanent Working: [Office-based / Hybrid]

CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based in Addlestone who are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team.

A hands-on role combining management accounting, financial control, forecasting and commercial business partnering.

Working closely with senior leadership to provide insight that supports growth, improves margins, controls costs and strengthens cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI reporting.
  • Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, costs and profitability, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Own rolling forecasts, budgets, cash flow projections and financial modelling.
  • Provide commercial analysis to support pricing, growth and investment decisions.
  • Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to improve profitability and business performance.
  • Monitor working capital, debtor performance and cash collection.
  • Prepare board-level financial reporting and actionable commentary.
  • Manage VAT, statutory accounts, audit requirements and financial controls.
  • Improve finance systems, reporting, automation and data quality.

About You

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent.
  • Strong management accounting and commercial finance experience.
  • Excellent financial analysis, forecasting, modelling and Excel skills.
  • Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to non-finance teams.
  • Proactive, analytical and comfortable working in a growing business.

Recruitment, staffing or contractor-based sector experience would be advantageous.
