The successful Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for:
- Interacting with candidates over the phone.
- Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques.

- Working alongside high performing, experienced consultants who will mentor you and help you grow your skillset.
- Tracking your success through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, and continuously improving your performance.
- Providing leads and market rates to the delivery team.
- Utilising and updating the in-house CRM system in line with company process.
