Job Description Commercial Finance Manager Contract: Permanent Working: [Office-based / Hybrid] CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based in Addlestone who are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team. A hands-on role combining management accounting, financial control, forecasting and commercial business partnering. Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI reporting. Own rolling forecasts, budgets, cash flow projections and financial modelling. Provide commercial analysis to support pricing, growth and investment decisions. Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to improve profitability and business performance. Monitor working capital, debtor performance and cash collection. Prepare board-level financial reporting and actionable commentary. Manage VAT, statutory accounts, audit requirements and financial controls. Improve finance systems, reporting, automation and data quality. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent. Strong management accounting and commercial finance experience. Excellent financial analysis, forecasting, modelling and Excel skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to non-finance teams. Recruitment, staffing or contractor-based sector experience would be advantageous.
