Logistics Administrator
Location: Egham, Surrey
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum
Hours: Rotational 9-hour shifts between 7am and 7pm
CTR Select is recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join an established clients warehouse and logistics team near Egham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong administration skills to support the smooth running of daily logistics operations. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain accurate records and liaise with couriers and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records, databases and logistics documentation.
- Arrange courier bookings and coordinate transportation.
- Provide delivery updates and resolve delivery queries.
- Update internal systems and generate logistics reports.
- Liaise with warehouse teams, suppliers and other departments.
- Support KPI tracking and ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Prioritise workloads effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse administration or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
- Confident using computer systems, databases and spreadsheets.
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
- Must be a driver due to location.
