CTR Select are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join our client’s growing team in Ascot. This role is focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities, helping drive a strong pipeline for the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through research, networking, social media, calls, and email outreach
- Engage with prospects across multiple markets to understand needs and present solutions
- Follow up on inbound and warm leads from marketing campaigns
- Qualify opportunities and pass high-quality leads to Business Development Managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (MS Dynamics preferred)
- Track activity and provide reports on pipeline and sales metrics
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Support events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives when required
- Ensure all customer and internal data is handled in line with GDPR requirements
- Stay informed about new products, processes, and industry trends
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in a Sales Development, Lead Generation, Customer Service, Business Development, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (MS Dynamics advantageous)
- Understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision making
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident prospecting via phone, email, and social channels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and meet KPIs
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target driven
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in data management
