Join our rapidly growing team as a Modern Work Senior Technician, supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and other Microsoft cloud systems in a hybrid role for our customers throughout the UK and beyond.

We provide a challenging environment for ambitious Technicians with many opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career in IT.

Your role will to provide end-user support our customers’ Microsoft 365-based systems as a part of our helpdesk team. You will need to be skilled in analysing problems and supporting issues, providing diagnosis and solutions.

Whilst the first few months will be on-premises at our offices in Cambridge, most of our team take advantage of our hybrid option and work around 2-3 days from home per week.

  • End-user support of Microsoft 365
  • End-user support of Microsoft Windows 11
  • Excellent telephone and email communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and Intune
  • Ability to work early (6:30 to 15:30) and/or late (12:00 to 21:00) shifts from time-to-time
  • Ability to be on-call on evenings and/or weekends as part of a team rota (additional pay applies)

Experience required

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in first/second/third-line support within an MSP or other high-paced helpdesk environment.

Start date ASAP Remuneration £34,300 + benefits

  • Profit share and annual performance bonuses (typically 10-15% base annually)

  • Flexible working from home, typically up to three days/week
  • 12 paid training days per year on a certified Microsoft syllabus
