We are looking for experienced customer-facing executives to join our growing team and help drive retention and engagement through first-class customer relations.
Your goal will be to maximise customer satisfaction, enagement and retention through dedication, attention to detail and top-notch communication skills.
The main duties of this role are:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
- Ensuring and monitoring customer satisfaction
- Driving customer engagement with our systems
- Taking point on all customer non-technical communications
- Managing the onboarding process for new customers
- Working with our technical teams to respond to day-to-day customer requests
- Working with our sales team to respond to new customer requirements
- Working with our Quartermaster to ensure smooth delivery to the customer for third-party supplied orders
- Resolving customer complaints and dissatisfaction with understanding and care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel to visit customers as needed
Experience required
Experience in an MSP/IT services business and/or knowledge of current Microsoft product range beneficial but not essential.

Start date ASAP Remuneration £29,600 to £34,300 + benefits
- Profit share and annual performance bonuses (typically 10-15% base annually)
