As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful rollout of Google Beam solutions across enterprise clients, delivering operational excellence and commercial results. CTI is the exclusive Google Beam partner across the US, UK, and Europe, and this role sits at the centre of a specialist team dedicated to bringing this innovative technology to life at scale.
You will take ownership of end‐to‐end project delivery—from contract review through final handover—ensuring every installation is executed with precision, consistency, and great customer experience. This includes overseeing all site activities, directing logistics across multiple regions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining clear and accurate project documentation.
Success in this role requires deep program management capability within large‐scale technology or AV integration environments, paired with hands‐on familiarity with Google Workspace, Beam, or equivalent collaboration ecosystems. You are commercially aware, technically credible, and calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem‐solving that keeps projects moving and clients confident.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee Site Operations – Manage all personnel and activities on project sites, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project requirements.
- Validate System Documentation – Review and approve all project documentation, including briefs, schematics, and construction markups.
- Client Approvals & Communication – Obtain client sign‐off on key project documentation and maintain clear, transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand Project Scope – Gain a thorough understanding of contractual, financial, technical, and logistical project aspects.
- Facilitate Internal Collaboration – Lead meetings with sales, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure project alignment.
- Lead External Kick‐off Meetings – Engage with clients to align expectations, ensuring a clear and structured project approach.
- Lead Internal Kick‐off Meetings – Bring together design engineers, installation engineers, programmers, and site resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage External Partnerships – Attend and contribute to project meetings with clients, builders, electricians, and suppliers.
- Coordinate In‐House Activities – Oversee engineering, fabrication, installation, programming, and testing efforts to maintain project progress.
- Assess and Mitigate Risks – Identify potential site risks and hazards, implementing proactive risk assessments and safety measures.
- Be the Point of Contact – Serve as the central hub for internal and external project communications.
- Align with Contractors and Trades – Work closely with general contractors, construction managers, and other trades to synchronize project schedules and deliverables.
- Monitor Financials & Profitability – Use commercial acumen to track project costs, labor expenditures, and profitability, raising concerns proactively.
- Maintain Project Documentation – Keep all project financials and records updated for review in weekly production meetings.
- Handle Construction Communications – Manage RFIs, change orders, room readiness letters, and other essential construction documentation.
- Ensure Quality Assurance – Conduct inspections to verify installations meet required standards and resolve any issues as needed.
- Resource Booking – Manage resource logistics and the requesting of project resources via the project team.
- Provide Client Training – Train clients on installed systems and ensure they are confident in system operation.
- Ensure a Smooth Handover – Coordinate project close‐out and transition to the service department where applicable.
- Adhere to Quality Standards – Ensure all project activities comply with CTI's quality processes and make our clients happy they choose CTI as their technology partner.
- It's Not Done Until It's Done – See projects through to absolute completion, including sending invoices, returning RMAs to suppliers, completing all sign‐off paperwork, and ensuring a full handover to the service department.
- Google Ecosystem Experience – Experience working within or alongside the Google ecosystem (Google Meet, Workspace, Beam, or Chrome devices) or equivalent enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Certifications – CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), CTS‐D (Design), PRINCE2 (Project Management), ECS (Electrotechnical Certification), IPAF (Powered Access Training), PASMA (Prefabricated Access Training).
- Manufacturer‐Specific Training – QSC, Crestron, Extron, Absen, Ross Video and Biamp, etc.
- Essential Skills – Strong leadership, problem‐solving, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Understanding – A solid grasp of AV and technology solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients and team members.
- Software Knowledge – Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
