Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all active tickets to ensure build and mock integration prerequisites are met.
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the process.
- Coordinate with local teams to ensure each site is fully prepared for project work.
- Verify all drawings, elevations, and technical documents meet EDGE and customer standards.
- Confirm all required equipment is ordered, received, and ready for integration.
- Maintain and update the Ticket Checklist to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
- Work with the Office Coordinator to resolve priority issues quickly.
- Lead communication on technical matters such as equipment, design, and centralized resources.
- Document all equipment, programming, and design issues for transparency.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety to ensure all required steps and documentation are completed.
- Approve tickets strategically to support accurate forecasting and workload planning.
- Identify large‐scale projects early and initiate Forecasting Huddles.
- Keep Project Managers informed of all ticket‐related issues prior to approval.
Full training provided to ensure proficiency in CTI EDGE processes and integration best practices.
