CTI UK is seeking a Lead Integration Technician to set the benchmark for technical excellence on-site. This is your opportunity to take charge of installation teams, oversee complex cabling and mechanical works, and ensure every project is delivered safely, accurately, and to the highest engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead Site Execution – Direct technicians and subcontractors, ensuring efficient, safe, and specification‐driven delivery.
- Deliver Technical Excellence – Own installation quality, from racks to terminations, meeting CTI's exacting standards.
- Cabling & Mechanical Works – Oversee structured cabling, containment, and equipment mounting with precision.
- System Testing & Validation – Conduct full technical testing, documenting and signing off results for commissioning.
- Advanced Fault Finding – Solve complex hardware, signal, and configuration issues with methodical reasoning.
- System Configuration – Set up AV control and DSP systems (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC) to design intent.
- Mentorship & Guidance – Coach and support technicians, fostering growth and best practices.
- Health & Safety Leadership – Enforce CTI's H&S standards, leading toolbox talks and ensuring compliance.
- Client & Contractor Interface – Represent CTI with professionalism, clarity, and integrity.
- Documentation & Handover – Ensure every project is fully tested, documented, and handed over seamlessly.
What We're Looking For
- Certifications: CTS, CTS‐I, ECS, IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS.
- Manufacturer Training: Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Ross.
- Technical Skills: Strong problem‐solving, hands‐on installation, AV control systems, and networking expertise.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with industry‐specific tools for installation and configuration.
