What You’ll Do

  • Business Development & Growth: Lead from the front. You will identify, target, and win new business across enterprise, corporate, and specialist sectors opening doors, nurturing relationships, and driving CTI's expansion into new accounts.
  • Sales Leadership: You won’t just chase leads, you’ll create them. From cold outreach to warm referrals, you’ll build a robust pipeline and convert opportunities into long‐term partnerships.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and position CTI's AV solutions as the answer. Your proposals won’t just inform, they’ll persuade.
  • Market Expansion: Own your territory. Identify growth sectors, spot trends, and help CTI dominate the UK AV landscape.
