What you’ll be doing:
- As our Web Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for tracking user behaviour, measuring campaign performance, and building insightful, client-facing dashboards.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Tracking: Implement, audit, and manage complex Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups across multiple high-value client websites to support accurate data collection.
- Web Analytics Mastery: Configure and maintain GA4 properties, ensuring every behavioural, conversion, and marketing event is captured with precision.
- Compelling Visualisation: Design, build, and maintain clear, actionable dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI that translate raw numbers into meaningful stories.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with digital marketing teams to ensure tracking aligns with campaign goals and directly supports ROI.
- Data Privacy & Governance: Ensure tracking compliance by managing consent tracking, Cookie Consent Mode v2, and adherence to data privacy best practices like GDPR.
- Technical Foundations: While your heart is in the front-end, you’ll help oversee the flow of data into warehousing (like BigQuery) to ensure reliable reporting pipelines.
- Stakeholder Ownership: Translate complex data concepts into clear requirements and insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
