As an SDR at CTI Digital, you are the engine of our growth. You’ll be responsible for the first spark of a relationship, turning cold leads into warm conversations and helping us secure the next generation of ambitious clients.
- Actively research and identify high-value prospects that align with CTI’s expertise in digital transformation and commerce.
- Master the Outreach: Use a mix of email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls to engage stakeholders, employing a consultative, needs-based approach to pique interest.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client challenges and ensure their goals align with our service offerings.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with the Sales and Growth teams to refine pitches and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Own Your Pipeline: Manage your outreach activities within our CRM, providing regular updates on lead status and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Represent the Brand: Act as a technical authority and brand ambassador, staying ahead of industry trends to speak confidently about our work.
