We are a full-service digital agency delivering strategic consultancy, web development, and digital marketing to drive demand online. Using over two decades of industry experience, we provide next-gen solutions as part of lasting partnerships with hundreds of clients from Chester Zoo and Zip World to Balfour Beatty and Mind.

What makes us different

  • We break new ground. You will work on innovative projects using the latest technologies before they hit the mainstream. We celebrate calculated risks and learn fast from every experiment.
  • We get stuck in together. Genuine collaboration across all departments. Your ideas matter here, regardless of your role or how long you have been with us.
  • We stay curious. Continuous learning is essential. You will have dedicated time and budget for development, working alongside industry experts who are genuinely invested in your success.
  • We own it. Full accountability and autonomy over your work means you will build client relationships, see real-world impact, and be recognised when you go the extra mile.

Our Sales team drives revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with high-value clients. We operate strategically, blending technical insight with a consultative approach to solve complex digital challenges. You will join a high-energy environment where collaboration with marketing, tech, and account management is the standard. We are the front line of CTI's growth, focused on opening doors and building the foundations for lasting partnerships.

What you will be doing

As an SDR at CTI Digital, you are the engine of our growth. You will be responsible for the first spark of a relationship, turning cold leads into warm conversations and helping us secure the next generation of ambitious clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for Opportunity: Actively research and identify high-value prospects that align with CTI's expertise in digital transformation and commerce.
  • Master the Outreach: Use a mix of email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls to engage stakeholders, employing a consultative, needs-based approach to pique interest.
  • Qualify with Precision: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client challenges and ensure their goals align with our service offerings.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with the Sales and Growth teams to refine pitches and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Own Your Pipeline: Manage your outreach activities within our CRM, providing regular updates on lead status and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Represent the Brand: Act as a technical authority and brand ambassador, staying ahead of industry trends to speak confidently about our work.

What experience you need to be successful

To thrive in this role, you will need a mix of resilience, curiosity, and a drive to "get stuck in."

Key qualities include:

  • Proven Resilience: Experience in a fast-paced sales or business development environment, with a track record of meeting and exceeding outreach targets.
  • Consultative Mindset: The ability to ask the right questions and listen intently, focusing on solving client problems rather than just selling a service.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the confidence to negotiate and build credibility with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Technical Curiosity: A quick learner who can navigate complex technical terminology and translate it into clear business value for prospects.
  • Proactive Ownership: You "own it" - you do not wait for opportunities to come to you; you find them and follow through with tenacity.
  • Team Energy: A positive, collaborative spirit that raises the bar for everyone around you.

We are challenging the 'Gender Confidence Gap,' which suggests that individuals will only apply for a job if they meet 100% of the criteria. Some of our best hires did not check every box in the role description, so if you were about to rule yourself out, we still encourage you to apply.

Our process

  • 1st Stage - Video call with our Head of Sales. A chance to explore the role and responsibilities.
  • 2nd Stage - A face-to-face interview with one of our Sales Directors and the Head of Sales. We will probe around your commercial experience and approach to client relationships.
  • Offer - If we think it is a good fit, we will make you an offer.

What is in it for you?

  • 28 days annual leave, in addition to the bank holidays.
  • Hybrid-working - we are in the office twice a week.
