We're a full-service digital agency delivering strategic consultancy, web development, and digital marketing to drive demand online. Using over two decades of industry experience, we provide next-gen solutions as part of lasting partnerships with hundreds of clients from Chester Zoo and Zip World to Balfour Beatty and Mind.
What makes us different
- We break new ground. You'll work on innovative projects using the latest technologies before they hit the mainstream. We celebrate calculated risks and learn fast from every experiment.
- We get stuck in together. Genuine collaboration across all departments. Your ideas matter here, regardless of your role or how long you’ve been with us.
- We stay curious. Continuous learning is essential. You'll have dedicated time and budget for development, working alongside industry experts who are genuinely invested in your success.
- We own it. Full accountability and autonomy over your work means you'll build client relationships, see real-world impact, and be recognised when you go the extra mile.
You’ll join CTI Digital's internal marketing team, working directly with our Head of Marketing to build our brand and drive demand for our services. This is a great first step into a marketing career: you'll get hands‑on experience across the full marketing mix, mentorship from marketers who've been where you're starting out, and real ownership of projects from day one. You’ll also get the opportunity to work across our wider digital marketing services to get experience on client projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Social media & content creation: Help drive our LinkedIn presence, from strategy through to execution. Write B2B content with strong engagement hooks, create visuals in Canva, and use analytics to improve organic reach and follower growth.
- PPC campaign management: Support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Track performance against KPIs and help translate data into clear recommendations.
- Event coordination: Help plan and deliver virtual and in‑person events end to end, from venue liaison and attendee management to pre‑ and post‑event communications.
- SEO & long‑form content: Get hands‑on with keyword research using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs, then help create SEO‑optimised blogs, guides, and landing pages that drive organic traffic.
- Website & CMS management: Create, update, and publish web pages in WordPress without needing developer support, with content optimised for UX, conversion, and accessibility.
- Case study creation: Help interview clients, distill technical projects into compelling narratives, and produce case studies that highlight real results for both web and sales collateral.
- CRM & reporting: Keep HubSpot clean and accurate. Help build marketing performance reports and track the lead lifecycle through to sales.
What experience you need to be successful
- You've recently graduated from university and you're looking for the right place to start your marketing career. We'd love it if you already had some marketing experience under your belt, whether that's a student placement, an internship, freelance work, or running social channels for a society or side project. We care more about your curiosity and drive than the length of your CV.
- Strong communication skills: You write with clarity and confidence, whether it's a LinkedIn post, a blog, or a client‑facing case study.
- An eye for detail and organisation: You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks, content calendars, and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- A curious, data‑driven mindset: You're keen to learn how to interpret metrics and performance reports, and you make decisions based on evidence.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: You're comfortable working alongside other teams, asking questions, and keeping people in the loop.
- Self‑starter mentality: You don't wait to be told what to do. You spot opportunities, take initiative, and ask for support when you need it.
- An interest in marketing technology: Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs is a bonus, but not essential. We'll teach you the rest.
- A smart approach to AI: We're big advocates for using AI tools in your day‑to‑day work. We just want you to get more out of them than you put in, using AI to learn faster and sharpen your thinking, not to skip it.
What sets you apart
- You're genuinely curious about marketing and why it works, not just what it looks like.
- You've had a taste of marketing already, through a placement, internship, or freelance project, and you're hungry to build on it.
- You think commercially and want to understand how your work connects to real business results.
