You will be joining our dynamic data function, sitting at the intersection of technical engineering and actionable business intelligence. We are responsible for architecting the robust data pipelines that fuel our clients' growth and performance. We stay curious by constantly exploring new technologies and collaborate closely with our strategy, development, and marketing teams to turn raw data into transparent, high-impact insights.

What you will be doing:

  • End-to-End Tracking: Implement, audit, and manage complex Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups across multiple high-value client websites to support accurate data collection.
  • Web Analytics Mastery: Configure and maintain GA4 properties, ensuring every behavioural, conversion, and marketing event is captured with precision.
  • Compelling Visualisation: Design, build, and maintain clear, actionable dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI that translate raw numbers into meaningful stories.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with digital marketing teams to ensure tracking aligns with campaign goals and directly supports ROI.
  • Data Privacy & Governance: Ensure tracking compliance by managing consent tracking, Cookie Consent Mode v2, and adherence to data privacy best practices like GDPR.
  • Technical Foundations: While your heart is in the front-end, you will help oversee the flow of data into warehousing (like BigQuery) to ensure reliable reporting pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Ownership: Translate complex data concepts into clear requirements and insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What experience you need to be successful:

  • Visualisation Skills: Proven experience using Looker Studio and Power BI to build high-impact reports.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and administering Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • A Compliance Mindset: A clear understanding of data privacy and experience managing cookie consent platforms.
  • Broad Horizons: While focusing on the front-end, a beneficial understanding of SQL and data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery) will help you see the bigger picture.
  • Problem-Solving Energy: An adaptable and detail-oriented mindset, capable of debugging tracking issues and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
