An exciting opportunity is available in the Oncology and Haematology Outpatients at the Dyson Cancer Centre, RUH Bath. Join our dedicated team providing high-quality care to Haematology and Oncology patients in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a motivated Band 6 charge nurse to ensure safe, professional treatment and mentor colleagues. Don’t miss this opportunity to make a difference! Main Duties of the Role Adhere to the NMC Code as a named nurse, overseeing patient care and modeling professionalism. Develop leadership within Oncology Outpatients, managing daily operations and supporting Trust targets. Facilitate effective communication and represent the unit in meetings. Implement RUH Nursing and cancer strategies, improving practices based on research. Mentor staff and provide clinical expertise in Oncology Outpatients.
