An opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant and thriving Anaesthetic, Pain Medicine and Critical Care department as a full-time substantive Consultant. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care, engage in teaching and training, and participate in clinical governance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide anaesthetic services for a range of surgical procedures.
- Manage patients with acute and chronic pain.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Engage in research and audit activities to improve service delivery.
- Supervise and train junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Completion of a recognised anaesthesia training program.
- Experience in pain medicine.
