We're a small team of marketing specialists that help ambitious businesses show up and stand out online. Our clients span cycling, running, automotive, and hospitality. We use in-house video and production to create content that resonates.

THE ROLE

You'll manage a handful of client accounts end-to-end: building content plans, editing short-form video, writing captions, scheduling posts, and pulling monthly reports. Content comes in from our creator network, so you're not the one shooting it - you're shaping it, writing it, and making sure it goes out on time and on brief. You’ll meet regularly with the client over video call, work closely with the wider team, flag what's working, and make sure nothing gets missed. We're remote, but we value face time. Expect the occasional shoot day or client visit.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A digital native who lives on social. You'll have:

  • Solid working knowledge of the main platforms - Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
  • Confident with short-form video editing, CapCut or similar.
  • Strong writing. This one matters. Alongside our copywriters we’ll need you to craft captions that are sharp, funny, and deeply human.
  • An eye for what works across different content formats.
  • Comfort with basic performance data and what it's telling you.
  • The ability to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball.
  • Agency experience is a bonus.
  • A genuine interest in sport, cars or hospitality helps too.

HOW TO APPLY

Send your CV and a cover letter to info@ctecmedia.co.uk. We want to hear from you - not just your AI. We may use AI detection and reserve the right to pass on anything that doesn't sound human. Just write like yourself.

Stage 1 - A short video call. No prep needed, just a conversation.

Stage 2 - A short creative task.

Stage 3 - In-person interview.

We're an equal opportunities employer.
