At CTE Advanced Technologies, we manufacture high-precision fabricated components for elite motorsport and high-performance engineering customers competing at the very highest levels worldwide. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for two skilled Quality Inspectors to join our team in Aylesbury.
The Role
You will play a key part in ensuring every CTE component meets the highest standards of precision and reliability. Responsibilities include:
- Inspection of components to engineering drawings and CAD models
- CMM programming and operation (including PC-DMIS)
- 3D scanning and measurement (PolyWorks)
- Interpretation of complex engineering drawings
- Working to tight tolerances in a low-volume, high-quality environment
- Supporting continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Quality Inspection within precision engineering / motorsport / similar
- Experience using at least one of the following: PolyWorks or PC-DMIS
- Strong understanding of tight tolerances and geometric controls
