Property Sales Director
My client is looking for a seasoned Sales Director with more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.
Compensation: Up to 150K basic + benefits, commission, and car.
Must have
- 10+ years of experience in commercial property management.
- Genuine hunter – this is a new business acquisition role.
- Consistent prospecting with proven track record.
- Highly driven and target-oriented.
- Ability to maximize revenues and grow the commercial property register.
- High standards of service and presentation.
- Ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
- Strong organization and ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.

North London / Hertfordshire / Remote / Client locations.
