CTDI is thrilled to announce the expansion of our HR team at our brand-new site in Wellingborough. The role will be based in our Wellingborough site on a full time basis. Job Summary: As an HR Advisor at CTDI, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of our HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This is a unique opportunity to provide expert advice and support to managers and employees, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace environment.
Your Tasks:
- Advisory Services: Offer day-to-day HR advisory services to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Recruitment Process: Assist in recruitment, from drafting job descriptions to carrying out interviews.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
- Employee Relations: Manage relations issues like conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- HR Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and keep HR policies updated.
- Training: Conduct training sessions to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the HR team on strategic projects and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications / Personal Attributes: You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven problem-solving skills and discretion with sensitive information. Excellent knowledge in HRIS and Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a high attention to detail and accuracy.
