The Role:

We\'re looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all on-site activities.

  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed to specification.
  • Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
  • Monitor progress and quality, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and the wider project team to ensure effective communication.
  • Manage site documentation, RAMS, and daily/weekly reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction or fit-out industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • SMSTS (or equivalent), CSCS, and First Aid certifications required.
  • Full UK driving licence.
