Our client is a housing association based near Northampton and owns and manages around 5000 homes. They are looking for a permanent Arborist to join their expanding estate team to help deliver a full service to their home owners.
The role will involve working in a team and undertaking a wide variety of tree work including:
- ground-based chainsaw work
- aerial tree surgery
- pruning
- identifying basic trees and shrubs
- plant health
Candidates should have certificates for aerial use of a chainsaw and aerial rescue, a full UK driving licence, and ideally some industry experience.
In return, a salary of up to c. £36k pa is offered for a 37 hour week, health cash plan (following probation), and the option of a Social Housing Pension Scheme amongst many other benefits.
