Our client is a South London Council who are looking for an Arboricultural Manager to manage, drive and shape improvements in the delivery of the Arboricultural Service contract at an operational level, providing operational oversight and leadership.
The role will lead on and deliver high standards of contract management and service delivery to customers and stakeholders. It will involve managing circa 6 officers as well as ensuring contractual compliance and financial control with established budgets.
This is an important role and integral to the development of operational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will possess effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be experienced in the management of Arboricultural contracts, risk management, reporting and securing funding.
In return a salary of up to 49,551 pa is offered with enhanced holiday of 27.5 days plus banks and a local government pension scheme, alongside professional development and training
