The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, customers, and R&D colleagues, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering market insights, and ensuring products meet both customer needs and business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap activities
- Defining product requirements based on customer, market, and business needs
- Building strong relationships with end-users, customers, and strategic partners
- Collaborating closely with R&D teams to guide future product development
- Designing and overseeing clinical studies and product validation activities
- Working with external research and industry partners to support innovation and knowledge sharing
- Producing product requirements documentation and risk analyses
- Supporting post-market product management and lifecycle activities
- Contributing to intellectual property generation and innovation initiatives
- Travelling to customer and partner sites in the UK and internationally as required
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
- Proven experience in product management within a complex technology environment
