We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer / Commercial Manager to play a key role in developing and executing a strategic commercialisation plan to penetrate the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) market with our cutting-edge Imaging solution
As a Technical Sales Engineer , you will leverage existing distribution networks, cultivate new relationships, and drive expansion efforts to promote innovative products and achieve market adoption. We are transforming radiology through the development of fast-acquisition, low-flux, deployable 3D X-ray technology, with applications across multiple global markets.
Our NDT division is bringing this technology into the future of non-destructive evaluation (NDT) for aerospace composites, metal additive manufacturing, and the electronics supply chain . Traditional Computed Tomography 3D X-ray solutions can be prohibitive due to high costs, weight, power demands, and slow speed . Our technology offers 3D internal visualisation at the point of diagnostics , facilitating Digital Twins and NDE4.0 earlier in manufacturing and throughout product lifecycles.
Sales Strategy Execution β Lead the execution of the companyβs NDT sales strategy, targeting key market segments to drive sustainable growth and revenue. Manage both direct and distributor-led sales channels.
Sales Channel Management β Establish, manage, and expand NDT sales channels, ensuring optimal market presence and revenue growth.
Network Expansion β Identify and establish new distribution networks while strengthening existing ones to maximise market reach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration β Work closely with leadership, marketing, and engineering teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless execution.
Sales Execution β Ability to define and execute sales strategies that drive commercial growth and profitability.
Industry Expertise β Strong understanding of bespoke solutions sales for industrial engineering, across industries like metal additives, composites, aerospace and automotive .
Critical Thinking β Analytical skills to assess data, extract insights, and inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Business Planning β Familiarity with long-term business planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Fiscal Management β Strong understanding of budget and financial oversight within sales operations.
Sales Focus β A results-driven mindset with a strong motivation to exceed sales targets.
Sales & Technical Expertise β Proven experience in sales and technical roles within the Industrial Engineering industry .
Track Record of Success β History of meeting or surpassing capital equipment sales goals.
Industry Relationships β Established customer and distributor connections within Industrial Engineering.
This is a permanent full-time role requiring travel to client sites as needed. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience .
