Technical Sales Specialist – Industrial Tech
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer / Commercial Manager to develop and execute strategies to penetrate the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) market with our innovative Imaging solutions. The role involves leveraging existing distribution networks, cultivating new relationships, and expanding market presence through strategic evaluation and prioritization of opportunities.
About the Company
Our company is advancing radiology with fast-acquisition, low-flux, deployable 3D X-ray technology, applicable across global markets. Our NDT division applies this technology to non-destructive evaluation in aerospace, metal additive manufacturing, and electronics, offering cost-effective, lightweight, and rapid 3D internal visualization .
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are driven, strategic, results-oriented, and educated to at least degree level or with equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Execution – Lead and manage the company\’s NDT sales strategy across target segments to foster growth and revenue, overseeing both direct and distributor channels.
- Sales Channel Management – Establish and expand sales channels to maximize market coverage and revenue.
- Market Evaluation – Assess and prioritize geographic and industry segments for focused efforts.
- Network Expansion – Develop new distribution networks and strengthen existing ones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with leadership, marketing, and engineering teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution.

- Sales Execution – Proven ability to define and implement sales strategies that drive growth.

Additional Details
This is a permanent full-time position requiring travel. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience .
