We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our recruitment efforts across our successful life sciences team. You’ll focus on sourcing top biotech & life sciences talent for niche leadership roles with companies across Europe & the US – no cold calling required. This new role will initially focus on the delivery & resourcing side, transitioning into a combination of delivery & business development when you\’re ready.
Please note: This is a combination of Europe & US work, so occasionally evening work from home is required – this comes with the upside of large fees and high salaries = strong earning potential . You can chose your working hours to suit your workload.
Roles are typically between Associate Director & VP level, meaning that most candidates are looking for leadership roles & have a real interest in the science, therapeutic area & technology. Candidates typically work at base salaries between £100-200k/ 200-350k CHF/ $250-400k. We take 2-4 weeks to shortlist for our roles, sending a small shortlist of the best candidates on the market to our clients.
Our clients are developing novel therapeutics and cell & gene therapies to target unmet medical need in rare disease, oncology & chronic immune diseases.

What we’re looking for:
6+ months experience in recruitment delivery or candidate sourcing
A genuine interest in life sciences & biotech sectors- your candidates are awesome people!
