An opportunity to join one of the UK’s most successful start-ups in scientific instrumentation and analytics. They are seeking a proactive Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure materials, components, and services from their suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and performance standards.

Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Consumables and Supply Chain, you will play a key role in:

  • Supplier selection, qualification, and performance management
  • Continuous improvement
  • Monitoring supplier performance, including QBRs and quality agreements
  • Defining and aligning Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) requirements, especially during NPI
  • Leading root cause analysis and managing supplier CAPA processes
  • Driving continuous improvement and preventing recurring quality issues

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
  • Experience with audits and vendor quality performance measures
  • Willingness to travel (UK and international) - around 25-30%
  • Full driving licence
  • Experience in medical, pharma, or aerospace sectors
