We’re hiring a Senior/Principal Consultant to lead recruitment efforts across some of the most exciting and impactful sectors in engineering, including: nuclear, space, defense, and aviation, with a focus on clients in both the US and Europe.

This is a 360 recruitment role, ideal for someone confident in both delivery and developing client relationships. You’ll work on technically complex, high-value roles with forward-thinking companies tackling real-world challenges: from microreactors to space exploration.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in a 360 or delivery-focused recruitment role
  • Exposure to technical markets (engineering, aerospace, nuclear, etc.)
  • Strong communicator with a consultative, proactive mindset
  • Comfortable managing fast-moving technical searches and client relationships

What You’ll Do

  • Win and grow client accounts in advanced engineering sectors
  • Source, interview, and manage top-tier engineering candidates
  • Build deep relationships with both clients and talent pipelines
  • Write compelling job ads and lead the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
