The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, customers, and R&D colleagues, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering market insights, and ensuring products meet both customer needs and business objectives. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap activities
  • Defining product requirements based on customer, market, and business needs
  • Building strong relationships with end-users, customers, and strategic partners
  • Collaborating closely with R&D teams to guide future product development
  • Designing and overseeing clinical studies and product validation activities
  • Working with external research and industry partners to support innovation and knowledge sharing
  • Producing product requirements documentation and risk analyses
  • Supporting post-market product management and lifecycle activities
  • Contributing to intellectual property generation and innovation initiatives
  • Travelling to customer and partner sites in the UK and internationally as required

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Proven experience in product management within a complex technology environment
  • Experience defining products and developing detailed requirements
  • Experience introducing technically sophisticated products into regulated markets
  • Experience developing and managing strategic product roadmaps
  • Experience working within highly regulated or process-driven industries
  • Desirable: Experience within medical imaging, healthcare technology, veterinary imaging, or industrial imaging sectors
