We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Trainer Assessor to train and assess our apprenticeship learners up to level 5. This is a part-time role (three days a week), largely remote but could include some travel. A driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.

The Role

You will be working in partnership with employers to support their employees through the full apprenticeship programme. Using your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners’ development and performance in Management, through both one-to-one and group sessions.

You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, acting as an ambassador for CT Skills and our offering.

The Individual

We are seeking a Trainer Assessor with a strong background in delivering high quality training within the Apprenticeship Management sector. We value your industry knowledge and management experience; holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification would be highly desirable. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, with proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners being advantageous.
