Tinkle is a modern AI‑enabled communication service provider, delivered exclusively through certified service providers and channel partners. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to support the day‑to‑day operations of the business. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple departments, develop administrative and customer service skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in business operations.

Benefits:

  • HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
  • QUALIFICATION: Business Admin Level 3 takes approximately 18 months

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient administrative support to the wider team
  • Assisting with sales administration and order processing for products and services
  • Using HubSpot and Trello to manage tasks and workflows
  • Creating, editing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
  • Managing number porting, including validating orders, submitting requests and tracking progress
  • Communicating updates to customers and partners
  • Raising hardware and number orders with suppliers
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Conducting customer check‑ins and managing renewals
  • Processing invoices and supporting procurement activities and supplier coordination
  • Managing office supplies, deliveries, visitors and meeting room bookings
  • Coordinating travel, events, office lunches and social activities
  • Assisting with purchasing gifts for special occasions
  • Supporting recruitment administration and welcoming candidates and clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support smooth business operations

Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.

Apprenticeship Details:

Working towards the Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you will attend monthly 1‑to‑1 meetings online via Teams every month (no classroom or college). You will learn about modules including organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation, business fundamentals, processes & external factors. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete apprenticeship work (assignments, research, projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. Apprenticeship work and training will initially take place in the workplace during working hours; eventually, there may be an opportunity to transition to a hybrid working arrangement if performance and confidence permit.

  • UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
