The predicted salary is between 15000 - 20000 £ per year.

Reporting directly to the Office Manager (who themselves started their career as an apprentice) and supporting the Director of HR and Business Support Operations, you’ll be involved in supporting all areas of the business, from reception, finance, HR, bids and finance. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing Reception, meeting visitors and signing into the building.
  • Preparing meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and stationery.
  • Monitoring and maintaining stationery and consumables.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Helping to organise company events.
  • Supporting projects with administrative duties.
  • Carrying out research, using various online resources, and updating databases for Quantity Surveyors (QS) and Project Managers (PM).
  • Liaising with other EDGE offices.

Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
